Project Engagement & PaymentsTo begin any project, a 50% advance payment of the agreed project cost is required.Upon completion of the design phase, a screen recording or preview will be provided for client review. At this stage, an additional 30% payment is due before development begins.The remaining 20% payment must be cleared before final delivery and completion of the project.All payments are strictly non-refundable once initiated.3. Revisions & ApprovalsPixel Punch provides reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.Major scope changes after approval may result in additional charges.Client approval is required at each milestone before moving forward.
4. Use of Completed WorkPixel Punch reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.5. Legal Rights & EnforcementPixel Punch retains full legal rights over its intellectual property, designs, and processes. Any misuse, duplication, or failure to comply with payment terms may result in legal action.6.
